Let me help you
1. Why is cleansing important?
One of the most important steps in facial care is cleaning the face, neck and décolletage. During the day, our skin encounters many different substances, like dust, dirt, steam, and make-up, all of which stick to the skin of the face and get absorbed into the pores, clogging them. Therefore, it is most important to remove dirt, make-up, fats, sebum, and sweat that has come to the surface through the skin's own secretion processes every night. If this does not happen, our skin will not be able to absorb the active ingredients used in the next steps and will be more prone to inflammation.
2. Why is it not enough to wash our face with water?
The impurities on the skin are fat-based, and as we know, water does not dissolve fats and oils. Therefore, we can only effectively clean our skin with substances that are also fat-based or have dual characteristics, i.e. they contain both a fatty and a watery part, or they have an alkaline chemical effect and are therefore fat dissolvers.
3. When and how?
Cleansing is always the first step in a facial care routine. Every night, but some skin types, such as acne-prone skin, may also need to be cleaned in the morning. If you use facial cleanser, press a pump of it onto a pre-moistened and squeezed cotton pad and wipe your skin thoroughly with it. If you use soap, squeeze half a pump into your wet hands, rub your face, neck and décolletage, and then wash thoroughly with plenty of water.
4. Which cleanser should we choose?
Depending on your skin type, you can choose facial cleanser, soap or micellar water for cleansing, which is a cleansing, make-up and dirt-removing cosmetic using the interaction of surface-active molecules, and is perfect for any skin type!
Micellar water with antioxidants with natural plant cleansing and foaming properties supports the skin's protective layer with active ingredients rich in antioxidants extracted from sea buckthorn oil and filtered juice of sea buckthorn fruit and protects skin cells with the help of vitamin E, which protects against the damaging effects of oxygen.
For mature skin with a lack of surface and deep layers of water and fat, we recommend Grape Stem Cell cleanser, which already supports the skin with regenerating substances during the cleansing phase.
The beneficial effect of Rose cleanser on mature, dehydrated, large-pored, seborrheic skin is due to the outstanding pectin content of hand-picked organic rose petals. For seborrhoeic, inflammation-prone, pigmented skin, choose Apple & Lemon cleanser, the vitamin C content of which is beneficial for the increased functioning of the sebaceous glands.
The Black cleansing concentrate is recommended for acne-prone skin, or for men with folliculitis after shaving, because it sufficiently softens the epidermal layer, thereby helping the hairs to come to the surface more easily.
