Withdrawal from the Contract
If you have changed your mind, you may withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the date of receipt of the product. The detailed conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal are set out in the General Terms and Conditions (9. TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT)
You may notify us of your intention to withdraw in writing by any of the following means:
- Submission of the Model Withdrawal Form: Please download the Model Withdrawal/Termination Form, complete it and send it to us either by post (Ilcsi E-kereskedelmi Kft., H-1021 Budapest, Üdülő út 37, Hungary) or by e-mail (customercare@ilcsi.com).
- Submission of an Unequivocal Statement of Withdrawal: You may also exercise your right of withdrawal without using the model withdrawal form. In this case, it is sufficient to send us an unequivocal written statement of your decision to withdraw, either by post (Ilcsi E-kereskedelmi Kft., H-1021 Budapest, Üdülő út 37, Hungary) or by e-mail (customercare@ilcsi.com).
- Submission of an Online Withdrawal Request: To initiate the online withdrawal process, please complete the form below.
